When you sign in with Google, IntelliPlan receives your name and email address from Google. We do not store passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Google's secure OAuth system. We also store your school login credentials (Canvas token, StudentVue username/password) encrypted in our database solely to fetch your assignments. We collect task completion data you voluntarily provide to improve scheduling predictions.

IntelliPlan is open to students of all ages including those under 13. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for the app to function. We do not use personal information for advertising or share it with third parties. Parents or guardians may request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Third-party services
IntelliPlan uses Groq (AI scheduling), Google OAuth (sign-in only), Google Calendar (optional, with your explicit permission), and Notion (optional, with your explicit permission). Each operates under their own privacy policy. No social media platforms are integrated into IntelliPlan.

Data deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All associated data is permanently deleted immediately. Parents may request deletion of a child's account by contacting anirudh@intelliplan.app.

IntelliPlan is a free service for students to manage their academic workload. IntelliPlan is open to students of all ages. Students under 13 are welcome to use the service. By using IntelliPlan you agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the platform.

Your credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. IntelliPlan uses Google OAuth for authentication — your password is never stored by IntelliPlan. School credentials (Canvas, StudentVue) are stored encrypted solely to fetch your assignments. You may disconnect any integration at any time from Settings.
