Your plan, in its own window.
The same IntelliPlan, as a real application: native reminders, a tray shortcut to whatever is next, and your schedule still readable when the wifi is not.
IntelliPlan 1.0.0
Before you install
These builds are not code-signed, so Windows and macOS will both try to stop you. That is what an unsigned build looks like — not a sign the download is broken. Signing certificates are a running cost this project does not currently carry.
Windows
-
Your browser may block the download itself. Open your downloads
(
Ctrl+J), find IntelliPlan, and choose Keep. - Run the installer. On the blue SmartScreen box, click More info, then Run anyway.
There is one Windows installer and it runs on every PC — Intel, AMD, and Snapdragon or Copilot+ machines alike. You do not need to know which chip you have.
On a Snapdragon or Copilot+ PC that installer runs through Windows'
built-in translation, which costs a little speed. If you would rather
have the native build, take the arm64 zip: unpack it
anywhere and run IntelliPlan.exe. It has no installer,
so it makes no shortcuts and will not update itself.
macOS
- Gatekeeper will refuse the first launch. Right-click the app and choose Open.
- If it still refuses, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
Checking the download
Every release includes SHA256SUMS.txt. Compare it against
Get-FileHash on Windows or shasum -a 256 on
macOS and Linux to confirm the file arrived intact.
Release 1.0.0.
Native reminders
Deadline and session reminders arrive through your operating system, not a browser tab you closed.
Always one keystroke away
A tray icon showing what's next, and a global shortcut to start a focus session.
Works offline
Once you've opened it online, your plan and assignments stay readable without a connection, and anything you tick off syncs when you reconnect.
